With
the Drizone SPF Roofing System and a "seamless",
sprayed in place, thick rigid blanket
of waterproof protection your leaking
roofs will disappear.
The
Drizone SPF roofing system has millions
of square feet of roofing in place throughout
the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.

Seamless
Composition
The SPF System Consists of Two Compositions:
A
seamless (monolithic) blanket of rigid,
sprayed-in-place, water resistant, polyurethane
foam membrane which fills in low areas and
seals your roof at the desired thickness.
Once cured, the SPF is then protected by
a sprayed-on, seamless, Ultra-violet resistant
membrane coating.
This
SPF Roofing System eliminates the problems
of seams and joints with a continuous, seamless,
fully insulated blanket of 100% full adhesion
to your existing roof.
Lightweight
The average SPF Roofing System weighs less
than 1 lb. per square foot. (Most other
systems weigh 5-15 lbs. per square foot.)
Strong
and Durable
SPF will allow normal roof traffic.
Maintenance is as easy as using a tube of
caulk. There are no messy asphalts or tars,
there is no gravel to sweep away and there
are no saturated sheets to lift and look
under.
Ease
of Application
The average commercial roofing area can
be re-roofed at the rate of approximately
30 to 100 squares per day. Professional,
Courteous, Licensed approved applicators
will incorporate roof needs at installation
to provide on-site adjustments for extra
needs, such as building up low areas, adding
extra wall applications or creating slope
so that water can be directed off the roof.
100%
Adhesion
Since SPF Roofing is sprayed-in-place, it
has a 100% chemical bond to any clean, dry
surface:
-
NO
screw type fasteners which put holes
in your existing roof.
-
NO
dangerous flame/torch-down membranes.
-
NO
glue-type adhesives which breakdown
when under water.
Resists
Lateral Water Movement
SPF is a 93% closed cell construction. Water
cannot enter the foam and travel horizontally!
All other membrane roofing systems are made
up of plies and porous insulation board
which will allow water to travel through
it very easily.
Reduces
Thermal Shock
SPF has the highest R-Factor (R-7 per inch)
of any roof insulation on the market today.
This high R-Value resists heat build-up
and conductivity greater than any other
construction product. This allows the decking
to stay cooler, thus eliminating excessive
structural movement which causes most roof
membranes to fail prematurely.
SPF can save you 30-40% on your heating
and cooling costs.
Self-Flashing
Since SPF is sprayed-in-place, it bonds
and seals all walls, curbs and penetrations
in a continuous, seamless manner and forms
it's own slope (to push water away from
these troublesome areas). The insulating
strength reduces expansion and contraction
eliminating separation from walls, curbs
and penetrations.
In all other systems, these are the weakest
points and usually the first to fail. |
